Maintenance Technician

Key Skills

• Maintain facility exterior such as mowing, snow removal and landscaping
• Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
• Maintain consumable materials area
• Fill and maintain propane tank area
• Check fuel levels on equipment
• Assist rigging crews in staging outgoing loads
• Assist rigging crews in offloading returning loads, including offload, inspection and repair

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and experience in mechanical trades
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of mechanical repair
• Knowledge of basic maintenance techniques
• Direct work experience in maintenance environment
• Proven experience in maintenance environment
• Basic written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
